Our client is a growth-stage investor that builds software to help their clients grow.They invest in high-growth companies across AI.They are looking for an Executive Business Partner to join their team and provide best-in-classsupport to the Investor Relations and Capital Markets team. You will support them operationally,helping coordinate activities across a number of functional groups, with a particular emphasis oncalendar management, meetings, heavy travel organization, and ensuring that the team membersare set up for success.You’ll often work directly with the Co-Founder & Managing Director as a main point of contact in their process. You will also act as a champion for our culture, manage multiple competing demands and projects, and ensure thatthings happen quickly with a high level of quality.
- Full administrative support for the Investor Relations & Capital Markets team, including time-sensitive calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting facilitation.
- Partnering with the company's investors and their respective administrative support teams to coordinate and execute on critical tasks, such as: virtual and in-person meetings, data requests, business development requirements, etc.
- Managing an extensive global travel program across North America, Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and Europe - including flight/transportation/hotel bookings, meetings and calendar management, sharing of materials, meeting preparation, and light business development work.
- Executing expense management and reporting in a timely manner while adhering to our travel and expense policies.
- Managing day-to-day data maintenance and hygiene of key software systems (Google Drive, Hubspot, Clickup etc.) as needed.
- Handling confidential materials with the utmost discretion, integrity and diplomacy.
- Leveraging technology to prioritize evolving workflows as needs change in our fast paced environment.
- Working collaboratively with all other teams, leveraging appropriate firm resources to manage, own and minimize administrative tasks.
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant or Executive Business Partner experience (experience supporting Senior Executives required) in a professional environment
- Technology-focused and/or Capital Markets would be an asset.
- An experienced professional with a highly developed business acumen that enables you to provide strategic and critical thinking, anticipate the next step, prompt your team, be resourceful and always one stage ahead of what’s needed.

- An excellent verbal and written communicator.
- Strong knowledge of software such as Google Drive/G Suite, Slack, Expensify, etc.
