Job Description

  • Masterfully manage and prioritize the executive’s calendar to optimize time and ensure efficiency.
  • Exercise discretion when screening and handling communications, addressing inquiries with professionalism and tact.
  • Maintain a clean and efficient filing system, keeping the executive’s workspace in perfect order.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements with precision and attention to detail.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, conduct research, and provide timely insights.
  • Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and briefings, ensuring all details are in order.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, emails, and other communications with clarity and flair.
  • Anticipate issues before they arise and proactively find solutions – you’re not just an assistant, you're a strategic partner.
  • Leverage your proficiency with office software and emerging technologies to streamline processes and enhance productivity.



Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working as an Assistant to a Senior Executive
  • High level of professionalism and etiquette with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extremely detailed with a strong sense of priority.
  • Exceptionally tech savvy with the ability to learn new software easily
  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken to communicate with external parties
  • Exceptionally efficient time-management skills.
  • Comfortable with an in-office structure
  • Ability to commute to office 5 days/week
  • Willingness to take on personal tasks and adhoc projects when required
