Job Description

Our client is a partnership of innovative corporations, institutions, industry organizations and game changing entrepreneurs that build and grow great companies that solve major problems in targeted industries.

Support the CEO with all administrative tasks, scheduling, and projects. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, scheduling meetings, managing and prioritizing calendars and emails, and liaising with board members.

You will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, tracking expenses, and handling special projects. Additionally, you will communicate all board agendas and materials necessary for board meetings, committee meetings and calls, while safeguarding the confidential nature of the discussions and information shared in the meetings.


  • Support the CEO’s tasks in the foundry and co-creation of new companies
  • Calendar management of CEO to optimize for Unique Ability
  • Proactively anticipate the needs of CEO in preparations, activities and follow ups.
  • Organize meetings and events with key partners in personal, professional & efficient manner
  • Execute projects and delegated tasks both independently or with others and communicate progress in weekly meetings with the CEO
  • Assist in the communication (verbal and written) with an extensive and growing network of CEO relationships, managing the CEO’s calendar, contacts, and team accordingly.
  • Develop new systems for increased collaborative and administrative efficiencies.
  • Assist in the co-ordination of onsite and offsite meetings (i.e. catering, technical set up and preparation presentations and materials)
  • Manage CEO monthly expense reporting
  • Office administration tasks (copying, printing, scanning)
  • Arrange for business travel and accommodation when necessary
  • Effectively and appropriately interacts with others to build relationships, influence others, and facilitate the sharing of ideas and information.
  • Uses tact and diplomacy to navigate difficult situations.

Job Requirements

  • Great communicator. Verbal and written.
  • Strong relationship builder. Inside and outside the organization
  • Proactive. Anticipating the needs of the CEO and taking thoughtful actions to avoid problems and expand opportunities.
  • Proven problem solver. Experience in understanding issues and bringing efficient, resourceful thinking in delivering solutions.
  • Technically savvy. Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools
  • Accurate, detail oriented and delivers trusted, top-quality material.
  • Experience supporting entrepreneurs.
