The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the Chief Project Officer and help with various organizational needs. The Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, preparing various reports and presentations, and project coordination.

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the Chief Project Officer and help with various organizational needs. The Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, preparing various reports and presentations, and project coordination.


To be successful in this role, you should be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail, well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance when needed. The person will have previous experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, completing ad hoc projects, and providing support to executive level personnel.



• Keep the Chief Project Officer’s calendar up to date, including adding events, rescheduling appointments, and providing daily briefings.

• Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.

• Make travel arrangements (both domestic and international travel).

• Prepare expense reports at the end of the month.

• Act as the liaison between external stakeholders and internal personnel.

• Prepare, review and submit various reports.

• Responsible for providing comprehensive and high-quality administrative support services.

• Communicate and report on project status and resource capacity.

• Provide high level project coordination and reporting to the CPO

• File essential documents, such as reports, meeting notes, emails, and letters.

• Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.

• Keep important information and documents organized physically and electronically.

• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

• Work closely with other Executive Assistants from regional offices and head-office (Bueno Aires)

• Coordinate the purchase of equipment and supplies for the new office and ensure the subsequent follow-ups required to ensure the smooth running of the office.


Job Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years experience in an Executive Assistant

• Spanish speaking candidates will be given preference with an HQ in Argentina

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Strong logistics and organizational skills.

• Ability to perform efficiently with competing demands and to prioritize tasks.

• Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail.

• Ability to work within a team or independently as needed.

• Proven project management skills with the ability to work closely with internal international stakeholders in addition to external stakeholders
