The administrative assistant would be directly reporting to the Administration Manager as well as supporting their partners and managers.

Role and Responsibilities:
·Preparing and formatting documents in MS Office
·Printing, scanning, copying and assembling documents in support of the Partners
·Open, organize and scan mail to the acting manager on file
·Monitor office supplies
·Coordinate courier orders
·Answer phone and transfer to appropriate staff
·Provide exceptional client service to HNW and celebrity clientele
·Exercise exceptional judgement and discretion
·Work effectively with other team members and partners
·Attention to detail and financial acumen
·Accuracy
·Confidentiality
·Must be a team player
·Able to work under pressure during peak times
·Proficiency in MS Office Suite
·Able to provide excellent customer service
·Professional and friendly attitude
·Familiarity with CCH software suite (such as Practice), Tax Prep Software and Caseware are a plus.
